So you messed up on your time clock entry.
No worries, we can get it fixed.
1. Please make a new ticket
2. Choose the ticket type as "Time Clock Edit" and use the below format:
3. Please use this format (description) to assure the time clock is adjusted properly and we have all the information:
- Date Needing Adjusted:
- Site Name:
- Clock IN:
- Clock OUT (lunch):
- Clock IN (lunch):
- Clock OUT:
4. Click submit and it will be adjusted by one of our associates.
